Logic Logs

With the introduction of Logic Bots, we’ve also added a new data source to Insights called Logic Logs.

To get started, create a new report with the new Logic Logs data source. Here, you can view the path for interactions that move through your Logic Bot. Each of the points within the bot is broken down into a segment. Depending on the size of your Logic Bot, this could result in a single interaction having many (many) associated segments.

Each interaction is assigned a unique Call Key that can be used to differentiate the different interactions that flow through your Logic Bot. Click the magnifying glass next to a particular segment row in order to view the logs for that particular interaction.

Finally, use the controls in the lower-right corner to see the path for the interaction.
