Zendesk Integration
Zendesk is a powerful ticketing system and connects directly with Sharpen. To begin the configuration process, navigate to the Sharpen Store, select Apps, then install the Zendesk Integration App.
The app will walk you through the process of setting up a new API Integration within Zendesk.
Next, navigate to Sharpen within the Zendesk Marketplace and Install.
Once you finish the installation, you’re done setting up your Zendesk Configuration.
Note: Several workflows already exist in order to maximize your Zendesk and Sharpen experience. Be sure to reference the Admin > Configuration > Workflows section after configuring your Zendesk Connection.
