Music On Hold

Here, you can customize the hold music for Auto Attendants and Queues. Sharpen will use default hold music if you haven’t uploaded your own.

First, click the New Music on Hold button to launch the edit window.

After you’ve named your new hold music, click the Upload button to upload an .mp3 file (it must be an MP3 file).

For best results, choose an mp3 file with a simple file name (avoid symbols).

Once you’ve uploaded your new hold music, you can apply it to specific Sharpen Qs , Auto Attendants , and Users.

Note: This section is specifically for Hold Music. To edit greetings (e.g. for Auto Attendants) refer to Admin > Configuration > Sound Files.
