Email error response messages

When using the Sharpen Q email feature with insufficient criteria, the end-user will be presented an error from the following list.


No subject and/or body. Message not sent.

Email messages much contain the subject and/or body to send to a recipient. Please make sure you've entered the necessary information into the correct email form fields to proceed.

 

Invalid address: (add a valid email address to): 

Email addresses must be in the form of xxx@yyy.zzz to be properly reference. Please make sure you've typed in the destination email address correctly to continue.

 

You must add a valid email address.

The `To:` field must be occupied with a valid email. Please make sure you've entered an email address to continue.

 

xxx@yyy.zzz recently bounced and has now been suppressed from Sharpen's Email Delivery System.

The attempted email address was identified as a blocked email address due to mailbox unavailability. If you feel this address is valid and available please Contact SharpenCare so we can work to restore service.
