Voicemail Broadcasting

Voicemail Broadcasting allows you to distribute a copy of a voicemail to multiple extensions. You can also use a Voicemail Broadcast to create a voicemail mailbox not associated with a regular extension (e.g. a Sales Management Voicemail).

Open

Name: The name (and summary) of your Voicemail Broadcast.

Extension: Create a new extension for the mailbox.

Password: With great power comes great responsibility. Sometimes you may not want everyone to have access to a voice mailbox for a large group. In these instances, you can require a password to leave a voicemail.

Users: Search or click the users to add to the Voicemail Broadcast. You can add up to 30 users per broadcast.
