Viewing and Sharing a Custom Dashboard

Clicking the Settings button opens a pop-out window where you can rename or delete the Dashboard.

Clicking this button opens a pop-out window displaying a static URL indicating where the dashboard can be found. This link can be shared throughout an organization—simply copy the URL and close the pop-out window. (The Copy & Close button does exactly this.)

IP Manager

Dashboards can also be shared outside of the organization. In order to do this, though, individual IP addresses need to be whitelisted.

Access the IP Whitelist Manager via the side navigation panel.

To add a new IP address to the list, carefully type the IP address in the [IP] box. Give it a description/name, and then click the Add button.

To delete an IP address from the list, simply click the [x] icon next to any addresses you need to remove.
