Adding a Reference Line to a Chart

To add a reference line, navigate to the Reference Lines tab in the side configuration panel, and then click the [ + ] to get started. 

Give it a name, choose between an integer or time (format), set the target value, and pick a color.

As needed, a reference line's target value can be updated/changed, as can the line's color.

Here's what it looks like to set up a reference line to show an SLA of 00:00:07 as an average wait time:
