Editing an Existing User

Editing an Existing User

Click the Edit Button to the right of the user in order to edit their account.

Compared to creating a new user, there are far more options when editing an existing user. This page is broken down into four sections: User Settings, Queue Agent Settings, Queues, and Skills.

User Settings

Many of the settings below mimic the fields of creating a new user—with a few exceptions. You now have the option to edit the user’s Mobile NumberDefault SMS and FaxProfile Image, and Email Signature. If this user is a contact for your Sharpen account, you can designate it here as well.

If you need to log the user out of Sharpen, click the Log User Out button at the top of the screen.

Note: In order to upload a photo to your email signature, you’ll need to use a reference URL.
