Linking ServiceNow and Sharpen User Accounts

After completing the ServiceNow Configuration, it is important to link ServiceNow with Sharpen user accounts. Click the Edit button next to the user you’d like to associate to ServiceNow. Then, click the magnifying glass next to the External CRM ID field.

This pop-up allows you to search your connected ServiceNow instance for the corresponding user. You can locate the ID by searching for the email or username used to sign in to ServiceNow.

After saving, the ServiceNow icon will display next to users with linked accounts.
