Linking Zendesk and Sharpen User Accounts

After completing the Zendesk Configuration, you’ll want to link Zendesk and Sharpen user accounts. Click the Edit button next to the user you’d like to associate to Salesforce. Then, click the magnifying glass next to the External CRM ID field.

This pop-up allows you to search your connected Zendesk Instance for the corresponding user. You can locate the ID by searching for the email or username used to sign in to Zendesk.

After saving, the Zendesk “Buddha” icon will display next to users with linked accounts.
