Handling Inbound SMS/MMS Interactions in Sharpen Q
Handling Inbound SMS/MMS Interactions in Sharpen Q
The Basics
Inbound SMS/MMS messages look identical to messages within a phone interaction. The messages still display within the Q Tab.
However, there is one noticeable difference about the interaction window. In the top left, you can click the Place Call button to initiate a phone call.
Additional Details
Attach files such as photos and PDFs through the choose file button in order to send an MMS.
Q Templates allow you to quickly insert text responses with automatic, personalized fields.
While Sharpen is able to support large attachments, the recommended size is typically 300kb as not all carriers and devices can support larger files.
