Adding Salesforce Members to Your OmniOut Campaign

Adding Salesforce Members to Your OmniOut Campaign

Now that the campaigns have been configured in both Salesforce and Sharpen, it’s time to add leads/campaign members to the appropriate campaigns in Salesforce.

Navigate to your campaign, and add your contacts/leads (you can use either, it really just depends on how you want to organize these contacts within your Salesforce Environment). You can add contacts/leads already in your Salesforce environment by clicking the “Add Leads” or “Add Contacts” buttons, respectively.

If you are bringing a list into salesforce, click the dropdown menu next to “Add Contacts” in order to access the “Import Leads and Contacts” import wizard.

However you choose to add your contacts, it is important that they are assigned the campaign member status that corresponds to the first stage of your cadence in order for the lead to be pulled into the Sharpen system.

Once your contacts are loaded into your campaign, they’ll begin moving through the cadence you defined in OmniOut.

If a record has been imported for a given stage (e.g. Step1-Preview Dial above), you’ll see the checkbox for “importedFathomQ” checked. This lets you know that the contact is on Step1, and has been imported into Q. Once dialed and dispositioned, the stage will update to Step2 without the imported checkbox checked—letting you know the interaction is on Step2 and waiting to be imported.
