OmniOut Campaign Stage Scripts and Templates
OmniOut allows you to configure 1 call script, 1 message template, and/or 1 email template per cadence stage. Below are additional details about each type of template.
Call Script
The call script builder allows you to define a script per cadence stage that is presented for agents to reference when placing outbound calls. The script editor is shown when the edit button to the right of the Action type has been clicked.
Call Variables: There are several call variables that are able to be pulled into the call script. This allows for dynamic generation of call scripts. Click on the call variable drop down to see a list of potential call variables to use in the call script.
Script Name: A descriptive title of what the script is used for.
Script: The verbiage you want the agent to say when calling a lead.
Note: Make sure to click on the Update Script button before saving the OmniOut campaign. Otherwise, the script will not save.
Note: Call scripts cannot contain apostrophes. If a call script contains an apostrophe it will not show in OmniOut as being configured. Additionally, it will not be editable in Sharpen > Admin > Configuration > Q Scripts.
Message Template
The message template builder allows you to define a SMS message per cadence stage that is presented for agents to use to send outbound SMS. The template editor is shown when the edit button to the right of the Action type has been clicked.
Select Template: The select template drop down allows you to either add a new template or to select a template that was previously created on this stage for editing.
Message Variables: There are several message variables that are able to be pulled into the message template. This allows for dynamic generation of message templates. Click on the message variable drop down to see a list of potential message variables to use in the message template.
