Custom Attributes for Salesforce Campaign Member Page

After you’ve installed the integration to Salesforce, you’ll need to add a few additional fields to your campaign.

This change only needs to be done once—so you may only need to spot check the required fields below and then continue on.

If you have not installed the basic salesforce connection and configured your Call Center in the Salesforce settings, please do so before continuing

 

Navigate to the Campaign Object in Salesforce by going to Setup (the gear next to your profile icon in SFDC). Then, navigate to Objects and Fields > Object Manager. Select the “Campaign” Object.

Click Fields & Relationships on the left side, and then click the Type field. Scroll to Campaign Type Picklist Values and add “Fathom Sales Accelerator” as a value.

Select all record types, Child, Grandparent, and Parent and save.

 

Next, navigate to the Campaign Member Object.

From the Campaign Member page, click “Fields and Relationships.”

 

Verify the fields automatically added by the package and add the Priority and Delay_Until fields to the Campaign Member object. All fields are necessary in order to ensure your campaign runs smoothly.
