SharpenDB is the updated version of Sharpen Tables, that is far more scalable and configurable. Customers have access to configure robust, cloud based, database tables, that are native to their organization’s Sharpen instance, and accessible from current and future modules (e.g. .CX, Logic+, etc).
Some early customers on SharpenDB utilize “V1”, and have access to their original config as well as the updated SharpenDB (internally V2). Any customer created after April 1st, 2021 will be directed to sharpenDB (v2) from Admin and not see any reference to previous SharpenDB. This article refers to the latest iteration (v2) as simply “SharpenDB”
Sharpen provides this a a “free” feature to all customers and allow significant data stores and customization by the customer. To protect platform integrity, this article documents SharpenDB limitations. (If these limitations cause issue, please contact your CSM for more information).

Long Running Queries
Kill queries that take over 3 seconds to return.
Queries that timeout return a relevant status code to the user.
