Viewing Call History on a Yealink Phone

How to view the Call History on your Yealink Phone:

1. Press the History soft key while the phone is idle. Press the Up or Down directional keys to move through the list.

2. Select an entry from the list, you can either:

   1. Press the Send soft key to place a call

   2. Press the Delete soft key to delete the entry from the list

3. If you press the Option soft key, you can also do the following:

   1. Select Detail to view detailed information about the entry

   2. Select Delete All to delete all entries from the list

   3. Add to Contacts & Add to Blacklist are not recommended as these settings can be wiped out with an update or Factory Reset
