Accessing Voicemail Remotely

There are two ways to accomplish this.

Set-up an Auto Attendant:   

Log in to Sharpen as an administrator (select ‘Admin’ tab in far left corner)
Select the ‘Configuration' tab
Now, select the 'auto attendant' tab
In the drop-down, select the auto attendant you would like to edit
Add a new option '+'
Locate 'Routing Options'
In the first drop-down field select 'Remote Voicemail Access' 
Press 'Save' and test call to confirm
 
Route a call to Remote Voicemail Access:
Log in to Sharpen as an administrator (select ‘Admin’ tab in far left corner)
Select the ‘Configuration' tab
Now, select the 'Inbound Routes' tab
In the drop-down, select the number you would like to edit
Locate 'Routing Options'
In the first drop-down field select 'Remote Voicemail Access' 
Press 'Save' and test call to confirm
