Yealink Provisioning
This article provides the steps to configure a Yealink phone to Automatically connect to Sharpen.
Before starting you should ensure that you have saved the phone's MAC Address on the proper extension and properly defined the Device Model and Device inside of app.sharpencx.com.
Yealink RPS
We use a system called Yealink RPS to automatically provision Yealink phones to the Sharpen network. The MAC Address of the phone is added to the RPS system, and Yealink phones with the correct firmware version will automatically be redirected to the Sharpen provisioning server to get their configuration files.
Note: If you did not purchase your Yealink phone from Sharpen, you will need to notify us and provide us with the MAC Address of the device so it can be added to our Yealink RPS system. Please send an email to support@sharpencx.com and we will gladly take care of this for you.
