Transfer To Classic Logic
The “Transfer to Classic Logic Panel” is a tool used to make agentless outbound phone calls through Classic Logic. To use this panel, you need to configure certain settings.
Using this panel
The panel can be used with an OmniOut campaign to streamline agentless call handling. When the campaign launches, it triggers the designated Logic+ flow, which includes a "Transfer to Classic Logic" panel. This setup initiates a call to the customer and seamlessly transitions them into a classic logic flow. Here, callers hear prompts and make selections based on their input, potentially resolving their needs without agent assistance. If agent support is required, the caller is smoothly transferred to an available representative.
