Creating & Managing Message Templates

From OctopusCX Dashboard, you want to start by navigating to Message Templates by: 

  • Selecting Quick Campaign from the application switcher

  • Navigate to Message Templates on the navigation panel to the left

Once you have completed the steps above, you will see a similar page to the one below:

Creating a new template

To create a new message template, begin by clicking the Add Template button located in the top right corner of the screen.

After clicking the Add Template button, a new window similar to the one displayed below should appear.

To create your new message template, ensure that all required fields are properly filled in according to your specific needs.

Once all necessary fields have been completed, click "Save" to create your new message template. After saving, the new template will be added to the list of available templates.

Editing a template

To make changes to an existing message template, click the More Options button and select Edit Template. This will allow you to modify the template as needed.

After selecting the Edit Template option, you will be able to modify the desired elements of the template according to your specific needs.

Deleting a template

If you need to delete a message template, click the More Options button and select Delete Template. You will then be prompted to confirm the deletion before the template is permanently removed.
