Checking Messaging Outbox using Dashboard
Navigate to the Messaging Outbox page by:
Hovering over the navigation menu to the left
Left click on Messaging
Left click on Outbox in the dropdown menu
Once you have completed the steps above, you will see a similar page to the one below:
Above the table, you will see a list of messages organized by date.
This can be filtered using the filter options located above the messages.
Change the time frame by locating the Start Date and/or End Date; you may either type in the date manually or click on the calendar icon, which will display a calendar box letting you select the dates.
Once the dates are entered, you may then click the Search button at the top right of the screen.
There is also the option to filter by message content. Follow the steps below:
Locate the Body option in the filters section
Enter the message content you wish to search for
Click the Search button at the top right of the screen
If you wish to search for a message from a specific number;
Locate the From filter option and enter the number you wish to search for.
Then click the Search button.
To filter by the number which the message was sent to;
Locate the To filter option and either use the dropdown option or manually enter the number.
Once entered, click on the Search button.
If you would like to export the inbox list shown;
Locate the Export button located at the top right of the screen.
When clicked a .csv file will begin to download.
