Managing Admin Message History in OctopusCX Agent
Start by navigating to Admin > Message History by:
Selecting Agent from the application switcher
Navigate to Admin on the navigation panel to the left
Select the Message History tab at the top of the page
You should now see a similar page to the one below.
Navigation
For Individual Message History, Click Here.
For Group Message History, Click Here.

Using filter options to filter Message History
Filtering to find a specific chat can be done by searching a Number, Contact, or Message or by using the available filter options. The filter options available are:
From and To Date
Queues
Direction
Exclude by Message or Specific Word
Receipt
Once you have entered the filter options, you can then hit search and a list of new results should appear below.
Viewing Chat History and Details
To view a chat's history and details, locate a conversation you wish to view. Click on more options and click View Chat.
A new window should appear showing you the chat history in the center and the chat details on the left.
Viewing Contact HIstory
To view contact history, locate the contact you wish to see the history. Click on more options and click View Contact History
A window should appear displaying the chats history as well as the contact information.
Exporting Message History
The exporting feature will simply export a list of messages into a .csv file. This feature will only export the list visible in the container. Therefore you can get a more specific export by filtering queues, directions, receipts etc.. Once you are ready to export, hit the Export button and a new .csv file should begin downloading.
