Composing a message in OctopusCX Dashboard

Navigate to the Compose Message page by:
Hovering over the navigation menu to the left
Left click on Messaging
Left click on Compose Message in the dropdown menu
Once you have completed the steps above, you will see a similar page to the one below:
At the top of this page, you will see a dropdown menu consisting of numbers you can use as the source number.
This number will be displayed to the receiver of your message.
Next, enter the message into the Message Body box.
Next, enter the number/numbers that you wish to send to.
You may enter multiple numbers by hitting ENTER or TAB on your keyboard after entering each number.
Once all the fields have been entered, hit the send button at the top right of the screen
Your message will now be sent to the specified destination number(s).
