Managing Agents in OctopusCX Agent

Start by navigating to Admin > Agents by: 

  • Selecting Agent from the application switcher

  • Navigate to Admin on the navigation panel to the left

  • Select the Agents tab at the top of the page

You should now see a page similar to the one below

Editing a user

To edit a user, first locate the user you want to edit. Then click the more options button and click the Edit User

You can now edit the user's Full Name, Email, and Queue.

Changing a user's preferences

To change a users preferences, click the more options button and click

From here, you can change the users preferences.

The options you have available to change are

  • Notification settings

  • Receiving messages while offline

  • Email alerts

  • Auto responses

Once you have changed the user's preferences you can click Save.
