Admin Dashboard in OctopusCX Agent

Start by navigating to Admin > Dashboard by: 

  • Selecting Agent from the application switcher

  • Navigate to Admin on the navigation panel to the left

You should then be in the Admin Dashboard.

The admin dashboard displays a series of graphs that shows 

  • Number of chats opened

  • Number of chats closed

  • Number of chats opened/closed per agent

  • The average wait time vs average duration

The dashboard allows you to filter specific queues to get a more precise graph. To do this, select the queue from the dropdown located at the top right of the screen.

Once you have selected a queue, the graphs should automatically refresh displaying the information gathered from the specific queue.

You can also filter by dates and/or periods. To do this, locate the filter options above the graphs.

Once you have entered the dates and period, the graphs should automatically refresh graphing out the information on those days.

Exporting Data

You can export data using the exporting button located at the top right corner of each graph. When clicked on, a download will automatically start downloading the file in a .csv file

You can also export all the data at once using the Export all button located at the top right of the page.
