Managing Agents in OctopusCX Office

Start by navigating to Admin > Office by: 

  • Selecting Office from the application switcher

  • Navigate to Admin on the navigation panel to the left

  • Select the Agents tab at the top of the page

You should now see a page similar to the one below.

Editing a user

To edit a user, first, locate the user you want to edit. Then click the more options button and click the Edit User.

You can now edit the user's Full Name, Email, and Queue.

Changing a user's preferences

To change a user's preferences, click the more options button.

From here, you can change the user's preferences.

The options you have available to change are

  • Notification settings

  • Receiving messages while offline

  • Email alerts

  • Auto responses

Once you have changed the user's preferences, you can click Save.
