Using Call Deflection (CD) in Contact Center Connect

From OtopusCX Dashboard, you want to start by navigating to Call Deflection by: 

  • Selecting Contact Center Connect from the application switcher

  • Navigate to Deflect (CD) on the navigation panel to the left

Once you have completed the steps above, you will see a similar page to the one below: 

To start using Call Deflection, you to make sure you have the required information:

  • The term (The number you wish to test)

  • Account auth code for (API ID + API PWD)

Start by entering in the number you wish to test into the term section. You should see the number entered appear in the code sample to the right

Next, you will be required to enter you auth code. The auth code is the combination of you API ID and your API PASSWORD.

Now that you have all the information entered correctly, you can then copy the code sample generated in your desired format. To select between desired coding format, you will simply just have to select it at the top of the right hand side panel.

Once you have copied the code sample you can use this to integrate the Contact Center Connect into your application.
