Welcome to the new Plum Voice Service Desk. As you may know, Sharpen and Plum Voice have joined forces. As a result, we have consolidated our service desks into one tool, Jira Service Management. As we work toward a universal and integrated Sharpen + Plum Voice Services experience, we're taking these first steps to provide a solid framework for our continued growth.

We understand that you have been using our Zendesk servicedesk in the past for your support needs, and we want to assure you that Jira Service Management will provide the same or even better level of support to our customers.
