The “Transfer to Classic Logic Panel” is a tool used to make outbound phone calls through Classic Logic. To use this panel, you need to configure certain settings.

Configuration

  • Panel Name: First, you need to give the panel a unique name that identifies it. Once you've chosen a name, it's best not to change it.

  • Recipient Number: Next, you'll need to enter the recipient number, which is the phone number of the person you want to call.

  • Caller ID Number: You'll also need to enter the caller ID number, which is the number that will appear on the recipient's caller ID display.

  • Transfer Number: Finally, you'll need to enter the transfer number, which is the number you want to transfer the call to.

  • Connection Timeout: You can also set a connection timeout, which determines how long the system will wait before ending the call attempt if a connection can't be established.

Exit Paths

If any of the configuration inputs are invalid, the system will exit the call and give you an error message.
