Video chat interactions allow you to communicate face-to-face with your customer, or share your screen.These interactions look very similar to webchat, with the "Video Chat Request button showing in the "Messages" QTab.This gives you a chance to compose yourself before hopping onto the video chat. 

Additionally, the Sharpen Screen Connect app will allow you to share your screen or specific windows. Check out the video below for the start-to-finish process of handling a video chat interaction.
