After installing the Salesforce Configuration, you can link Salesforce and Sharpen user accounts. Click the Edit button next to the user you’d like to associate to Salesforce. Then, click the magnifying glass next to the External CRM ID field.
This pop-up allows you to search your connected Salesforce Instance for the corresponding user. You can locate the ID by searching for the email or username used to sign in to Salesforce.
After saving, the Salesforce cloud icon will display next to users with linked Salesforce Accounts.
