The “Transfer to Classic Logic Panel” is a tool used to make agentless outbound phone calls through Classic Logic. To use this panel, you need to configure certain settings.

Configuration

  • Set as Flow Initiator: By selecting "Set as Flow Initiator," this panel will serve as the starting point of the IVR flow, before proceeding to subsequent panels within the Logic+ flow.

  • Panel Name: It is recommended that you choose a name and keep it consistent. You will also need to specify the variable name to update. If the variable does not exist, it will be created.

  • Panel Description: It is recommended to provide a clear description of the panel, detailing its purpose and functionality. This is akin to documentation, making it easier for others to understand and identify its intended use when they encounter it.

  • Recipient Number: Next, you'll need to enter the recipient number, which is the phone number of the person you want to call.

  • Caller ID Number: You'll also need to enter the caller ID number, which is the number that will appear on the recipient's caller ID display.

  • Transfer Number: Finally, you'll need to enter the transfer number, which is the number you want to transfer the call to.

  • Connection Timeout: You can also set a connection timeout, which determines how long the system will wait before ending the call attempt if a connection can't be established.

Exit Paths

If any of the configuration inputs are invalid, the system will exit the call and give you an error message.

  • Error: This path is taken if there was an error.
