The “Send Email” panel is a feature that allows you to send an email according to the settings you configure.

Configuration

To use this feature, you need to specify the following settings:

  • Panel Name: This is a unique identifier for the Send Email Panel. Once you choose a name for the panel, it is recommended that you do not change it.

  • To Address: This is the email address or addresses where you want to send the email. If you want to use a variable, separate the email addresses with a comma.

  • From Name: This is the name associated with the sender of the email.

  • From Address: This is the email address of the sender.

  • Subject: This is the subject of the email.

  • Body: This is the full text content of the email body. It supports HTML, so you can use formatting to make the email more visually appealing.

Exit Paths

When you use the Send Email Panel, there are two possible exit paths:

  • Default: The Default path is taken upon panel execution.

  • Error: This path is taken if there was an error.

To create tailored emails that apply directly to the recipient, use interaction variables. This is especially helpful for the email subject and body. By using interaction variables, you can create content that is specific to each recipient, making the email more personal and engaging.
