Log into https://dashboard.meraki.com
Go to 'Configure'
Click on Traffic Shaping
Go to Traffic Shaping Rules
Click Add Rule
Click Custom Expressions and put 54.173.127.1/24
into the box. Click Add Expression
Click Add
Select VoIP and Video Conferencing
Bandwidth limit to ignore network per client limit (unlimited)
Priority - High
DSCP tagging - 7 (WMM Voice)
Click Save
