Once your contacts are loaded into your campaign, they’ll begin moving through the cadence you defined in OmniOut. If a record has been imported for a given stage (e.g. Step1-Preview Dial above), you’ll see the checkbox for “importedFathomQ” checked. This lets you know that the contact is on Step1, and has been imported into Q. Once dialed and dispositioned, the stage will update to Step2 without the imported checkbox checked—letting you know the interaction is on Step2 and waiting to be imported. |
