These Workflows are designed to allow any Salesforce workflow to create Q interactions (e.g. Salesforce Case workflows can be utilized to create Case Interactions in Sharpen Q).
Follow the instructions located within the New SFDC Workflow button to modify your existing Salesforce workflows in order to create Q Interactions.
Note: If you don’t currently use Salesforce workflows and would like to create interactions in the Q based on Salesforce triggers, please reach out to your Client Success Manager so that we can help you configure the proper settings within Salesforce and build the appropriate workflows.
