Classic Logic Logs
Overview
Logic Logs is a data source available within Insights that provides visibility into how interactions move through your Logic Bots. By creating a report using the Logic Logs data source, administrators can trace the exact path an interaction took as it progressed through a bot, making it a valuable tool for troubleshooting, auditing, and optimizing Logic Bot flows.
Using Logic Logs
To get started, navigate to Insights and create a new report using the Logic Logs data source.
Each interaction that passes through a Logic Bot is broken down into individual segments, with each segment representing a specific point or decision within the bot. Depending on the complexity of your Logic Bot, a single interaction may generate a large number of associated segments.
Call Key
Every interaction is assigned a unique Call Key, which serves as an identifier to differentiate interactions flowing through the bot. Use the Call Key to locate and group all segments belonging to a specific interaction.
Viewing Interaction Logs
Click the magnifying glass icon next to any segment row to view the full log for that interaction. Use the navigation controls in the lower-right corner to step through the interaction path and review how it was routed at each point in the bot.
