When using the Sharpen Q Phone, you must grant the application access to your microphone. If you do not allow access to the Microphone, the Sharpen Q Phone will be unable to function.
Some apps and Windows features need to access your microphone to work as intended, including Sharpen.
In Windows 10, use the Privacy page to choose which apps can use a particular feature.

1. Windows key (super) + R to open run window
2. Type winver and press OK
3. Take note of the “Version” line
Common Symptoms
Able to accept incoming interactions, but unable to hear caller
Outbound calls fail to connect
Sound for common web applications, such as Youtube, works as expected
Instructions
Turn on App Permissions for Microphone
Select Start > Settings > Privacy
Select Microphone from the menu on the left
Check to ensure that “Allow apps to access your microphone” is set to ON
Check to ensure that “Allow desktop apps to access your microphone” is set to ON
Restart your browser and navigate back to Sharpen Q Phone and attempt to make a test call
