This section is specific to your account. Here, you can manage your credit card on file or check your Invoices and payment history to Sharpen.

If you are tweaking a setting related to Payments for Service—you’ll edit a section within the Billing tab.

Credit Cards

When viewing Credit Cards, use the dropdown menu to view existing cards on file. If there are no existing cards, you can add one via the New Credit Card button.

Fill in or modify the required fields to update the payment information. Then, check the Make Default box if you wish to use this card as your default payment.

Note: Note: To delete a card on file, please contact billing@sharpencx.com. In the meantime, you can add a new card and set it as the default.

Services

The Services page lists all current services in use, as well as the individual cost for each service. Select the service from the drop down menu to access a detailed view.

Transactions

Use the Transactions page to pay your bill, view past invoices, and view/access account activity.
