In the Actions section, click on the Add Action drop down.
Select the Update Queue Member Action from the Add Action drop down.
The Queue Call Manager ID field should auto-populate.
Enter in the number of Queue Points that you’d like to assign to interactions in the Queue(s) selected above in the Event section.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and Click on the Save button.

DO NOT add the Queue Name to the Actions. This will create an unwanted transfer count to the interaction and will skew reporting. |
Action Bot Activation
Once the Action bot has been saved, re-open it from the Logic & Actions main page.
Click on the Activate button in the top right corner of the Action Bot configuration page.
Scroll to the bottom of the Action bot, click the Save button.
