If you find yourself troubleshooting an intermittent issue it may be useful to temporarily disable cache to be sure your browser is utilizing the latest Sharpen app code. This guide describes how to do so.

Launch your web browser.
Right-click anywhere in the webpage and choose “Inspect” or press the F12 key on your keyboard.
Navigate to the ‘Network’ tab near the top.
Locate the ‘Disable cache' option and make sure it is checked

Please note that the disabling of cache will only take place when the Developer console remains open. This is part of why this approach should only be used for troubleshooting. To leave the Developer console open in a less intrusive way follow the steps below. |
