To return data to Classic Logic, dotCX, and action bots, you can use the Set Variable Panel and a variable naming convention of 'SharpenCX_ClassicLogic_<varName>'. The Classic Logic flow will have access to a call variable named <varName>. To identify which default interaction variables exist within your Logic+, you can open Insights after executing the Logic+ flow. The 'Logic Detail Record - Summary' table contains a column named 'interactionVars' which contains all interaction variable data available for that Logic+ execution. |
