Sharpen Dial Plan allows customers to configure and control specific dialing functions and routing, in order to meet various business needs. Sharpen Dial Plan is not required for customers to use, but is often utilized in cases where customers have configured Inbound and/or Outbound SIP trunks along with their Sharpen Org. The Dial Plan tool is built for maximum flexibility, allowing for sophisticated pattern matching and regex functions.
