  1. Log in to Sharpen

  2. Click on the Navigation Menu in the upper left-hand corner.

  3. Select Sharpen Q from the drop down menu

  4. Use the Route Calls To: menu to select Hot Desk. A prompt will appear.

  5. Enter the extension you wish to use as a Hot Desk and click Check Extension. The extension will begin to ring.

  6. Pick up the extension and listen for the PIN that is provided.

  7. Enter the provided PIN and click the Verify Pin button.

  8. The Hot Desk indicator will appear in the upper right-hand corner next to your agent name & picture.

When you log out, the Hot Desk will be cleared and be available for another agent to use. The Hot Desk will also be cleared out if you select any of the other Route Calls To: options.
