Configuration of SSO in Sharpen
In order to speed configuration of an SSO integration, Sharpen requests that the specific desired SSO is included in the full implementation scoping as part of initial professional services. The full configuration of the SSO integration is a combination of both Sharpen and customer efforts at the beginning of an implementation. Each SSO requires a different sequence of configuration items and Sharpen has successfully completed integrations for Google, Microsoft and Okta for many of our existing customers.
Once the integration is configured, further maintenance is not needed. New users added to the platform do not need additional configuration in order to access Sharpen through the SSO. Related articles
